Matthias Kramer is the Managing Director of Swissbrands GmbH, Berlin, and the driving force behind HYDRONICA®'s international market entry. With a background in forestry and over 20 years of commercial experience across Germany and Asia, he brings both a deep understanding of natural systems and the expertise to bring them to market.
Matthias leads HYDRONICA®'s expansion across Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East — building partnerships with agricultural institutions, commercial distributors, and research organisations. He visits field programmes personally, from university trials in Kano, Nigeria to commercial pilot discussions in Santiago and São Paulo.

Dr. Luigi Rosario Franco Inderst has extensive experience in clinical practice, pharmaceuticals, and related legislative and regulatory matters. After graduating with honours in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from La Sapienza University in Rome, he has combined clinical practice with technical-scientific, regulatory, and pharmaceutical consulting throughout his career.
He has collaborated with numerous Italian and international companies, handling the preparation of clinical and toxicological dossiers, technical documentation, regulatory consulting, and the registration processes for medicinal products and medical devices with Italian and European health authorities.
He has also served as an adjunct professor of Biotechnology and Clinical Protocols at the University of Perugia. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the drafting and development of technical and patent documentation, with a particular focus on structuring ideas, formulations, and application solutions into projects that can be documented and protected. His proficiency in English and German enables him to work in international settings.

Leonardo Tomei is a professional specialising in Regulatory Affairs, with experience in the regulatory management of regulated products and technical solutions intended for European markets. After completing his academic training in the Design and Management of Educational Services, he shifted his professional focus to the regulatory field, working for several years with Eumedical Europa S.r.l.s., where he gained experience in European regulatory compliance, technical documentation, and the coordination of regulatory activities.
In 2025, he founded Mikromed Europa S.L. in Spain, with the goal of developing and coordinating projects in the healthcare, agricultural, industrial, and applied innovation sectors. His proficiency in Italian, Spanish, English, and German enables him to operate in international contexts, facilitating dialogue between companies, technical partners, and institutions.
